We have a multidisciplinary R + D + i team that has managed to implement a culture of innovation in all our processes and departments. The result of this work philosophy is the continuous development of new products and services. In addition, we collaborate with various universities in Spain and Chile in the development of field techniques that maximize the performance of our production and better technology with the post-production process.

CAMPO Y TIERRA is the company that generates the most employment in the north of Extremadura and one of the largest in the province of Cáceres. To this we must add that the majority of employment is female and the fixed staff represents 35%. Currently, we have a global workforce of almost 560 people.
